Key Milestones

September 15 - Official Start Date

Registration opens, rules and categories are released, and participants can submit entries at any point until the deadline. 

November 23 - Submission Deadline

Last chance for participants to submit their entries into the competition. Make sure you submit your theme listing to the Asset Marketplace, AND an entry form via this website. We highly recommend submitting before this date to ensure you have time for the marketplace approval process!

November 24 to December 4 - Marketplace Approval Period

HubSpot's Marketplace Team will review entries in the order they are received and will communicate any required changes for themes to be listed in the marketplace. Participants must make required changes and re-submit their themes until approved for listing in the marketplace. 

December 3 to December 10 - Final Judging Period

During the judging period, several panels of judges will score each theme based on pre-determined technical, comprehensive, and design criteria. Themes must be approved for the marketplace to make it to the final judging round.

December 16 - Awards Announcement

Sit back and enjoy the anticipation! During a virtual awards ceremony, we will announce the winning entries. Register to attend the event here.
